  • If you like the Technician you have, you have an option to employ them directly

About Placement Services

LashDesign Placement Services has been developed over the past 6 years. We source candidates for our program who have eyelash application experience, limited experience or NO experience. 
All candidates who meet our selection criteria are placed in our certification program free of charge, and supported through our certification and clinic hours for up to 3 months until they meet our assessment criteria and Certify as a LashDesign Technician.

Qualified Eyelash Extension Technicians will have completed a minimum of 25 sets of extensions, and their formal assessment criteria covering Design, Technique, Application, Maintenance, Safety and Aftercare will have been met.

Qualification Categories- You can choose the skill set level based on the hourly rate


Revenue
If we place an "Advanced Eyelash Technician" with you for a day, the potential revenue is:
$825 with a potential profit of $623.

Option 2 - Become a LashDesign Licensed Salon
Maximise your sales opportunity to your existing database by participating in our licensed salon program. This opportunity allows you, as the salon owner/manager to have your own Marketing Department.

As a LashDesign Licensed Salon, we offer you our tools, marketing personnel and expertise, as well as participation in our online campaigns and listings on our website.
