You will receive an email confirmation and Australia Post tracking number once your order has been shipped. Australia Post (Platinum Express Post) next day delivery to most Australian Destinations based on Australia Post defined postcodes. One Day Training - Limited Time Offer This is a limited time offer and may not be repeated Course dates are limited to the dates identified as “Introductory Offer Date” on our course schedule Students participate both as an eyelash technician and client on the day. The introductory class sizes may have up to a maximum of 12 students. Students participating in LashDesign Training Course are required to purchase one of the kits available in our online store for use on the day of training. Students are required to pay a $200 deposit to reserve their class booking, final payment is required 2 days prior to class commencement. Failure to pay prior to class commencement may result in cancellation of booking and loss of deposit. Cancellation of your training booking must be lodged in writing 14 days prior to the training date, failure to do so will result in loss of your deposit. Failure to show up on the day of the training will result in the loss of your deposit. 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy“At LashDesign Studios we are proud of our quality reputation and encourage our clients to contact us if they are not completely satisfied with the lash extension application they receive. Call us within 7 days of your appointment and we will arrange to make any adjustments free of charge”. Client complaint must be lodged in person, via email or via txt within 7 days of the related service. Client complimentary complaint consultations are scheduled at the next mutually available opportunity and may fall outside of the 7 day guarantee period. Complaint consultations are offered at the discretion of the Management of LashDesign Studios. LashDesign Studios includes the company, directors, staff and agents of Kanrock Partners Pty Ltd trading as LashDesign Studios may provide complimentary complaint services or treatments only on the express understanding that the service or treatment offered is not and may not be deemed as an admission of liability or fault . Terms and Conditions Students participating in LashDesign Training Course are
required to purchase one of the kits
available in our online store for use on the day of training. Students

Gift CertificateLashDesign Gift Certifications can be presented at a participating LashDesign salon where they will validate your card and process your purchase.Your Gift Certificate should be treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered or lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Gift Certificates are redeemable for product and services at LashDesign Studios. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or outstanding accounts. Cards must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on card. Cash will not be given for any unused balance on the cards. If a card is redeemed prior to the expiry date shown on the card, any outstanding balance will be reissued to the card holder to be used prior to the expiry date show on the original gift card. Unused balance on expiry of the gift card will not be refunded or credited.
